Sriracha Lime-Butta

This is one of our favorite summer oyster recipes for cooking oysters on the BBQ. 

Combine: diced shallots, chopped cilantro, lime juice, Sriracha, salt, pepper, and softened butter

Harden in the refrigerator and add to oysters on the half shell. Once melted and the oysters are cooked, top with crumbled queso fresco, let melt, and enjoy!
